  • Minimum of Licensed Master’s level. Licensure can be LCSW, LMHC, LMFT. Must also have Addictions certifications. Must have current IN Driver’s license with a verifiable record.
Rochester
Case Manager Minimum of bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology or related mental health field. If. Bachelor’s degree is in a field other than described above, must have one (1) year work experience in mental health or social services. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a verifiable record.Logansport
Community Mental Health Worker Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a verifiable record, Prior mental  health experience helpful. Logansport
Mental Health Worker Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a verifiable record, Prior mental  health experience helpful. Logansport
Non Degreed or Degreed Client Care Manager

Must possess a valid driver’s license with a verifiable record.

ˇ         If Non-Degreed: High School diploma or equivalent, previous mental health experience helpful.

  • If Degreed: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology or related mental health field

Homemaker High school graduate at least 21 years of age. At least one (1) year of full time experience in mental health, childcare, or other related field. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a verifiable record. Rochester
Non-Degreed or Degreed Case Manager

Must possess a valid driver’s license with a verifiable record.

ˇ         If Non-Degreed: High School diploma or equivalent, previous mental health experience helpful.

  • If Degreed: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology or related mental health field

Addictions Case Manager Minimum of bachelor’s degree. Also needs experience in Addictions and have or actively working towards Licensure and Certification in Addictions. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a verifiable record Floating
Psychologist PhD or PsyD from a regionally accredited institution. A degree from an American Psychological Association (APA) approved school would be preferred, HSPP preferred, but not required. Minimum of two (2) years experience in the mental health field Peru
Psychiatrist M.D. or D.O. (or foreign equivalent) completion of Psychiatry residency, Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry. Indiana medical license. Controlled substance and DEA certification. Logansport
